The Movie that Will Make You to Get "UP"

>> 8/20/09

Commentary

Pixar, makers of Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, The Incredible , Car and Wall E, presents another adventorous and entertaining must watch movie - "UP", started filming here in our country last August 19.
The film leaded by cartoon characters Carl Fredricksen, a 78 year old curmudgeon and Russell , a chatty and frustratingly cheerful eight- year-old boy.Carl's character , despite of being old, can entertain audiences by showing how grouchy he is. The fat but cute little Russell adds to the excitement for his curiosities in lot of things. He will be the one who will open to Carl the beauty of life and the reasons to be happy.
An emotional foundation is being established in the film through a brief yet poignant early segment. It seems it is the bedrock for the story.Through a glimpse into the charming relationship between Carl and his wife , Ellie, we learn that Carl was a balloon salesman. Together they had one big dream - to take a great adventure to Paradise Falls. But their dreams never materialized. After Ellie's death, Carl disengages from the outside world. To make good on a promise they made, he sets out to fullfill their dream of a great adventure by tying thousands of balloons to his house and flying away only to discover that he has aiadvertantly brought along chatty Russell.
This film has the flavor of an action-adventure film. It will be another successful movie like the other 3D Pictures Pixar's have done.

Writer: Pete Chiarelli

Margaret Tate (Sandra Bullock) is the executive editor-in-chief of a book publishing company, Colden Books, who forces her assistant Andrew Paxton (Ryan Reynolds) to marry her in order to avoid being deported to Canada. He grudgingly accepts, under the condition that he is promoted to the position of editor. When the government investigates, the two are forced to spend the weekend with his parents in Alaska in order to sell the lie. The family suggest they could marry the same weekend, and they reluctantly accept. They start to fall genuinely in love as they spend more and more time together. Because of this, during the wedding ceremony, Margaret decides she cannot do this to Andrew and confesses the business arrangement in front of everyone--including the immigration officer handling their case. She is then told that she has 24 hours to get back to Canada, and thus goes back to New York to pack her things. Upon doing so, however, Andrew shows up at the office and confesses his love for her in front of the entire office staff, proposing marriage all over again. [D-Man2010]When high-powered book editor Margaret faces deportation to her native Canada, the quick-thinking exec declares that she's actually engaged to her unsuspecting put-upon assistant Andrew, who she's tormented for years. He agrees to participate in the charade, but with a few conditions of his own. The unlikely couple heads to Alaska to meet his quirky family and the always-in-control city girl finds herself in one comedic fish-out-of-water situation after another.
